Introduction

Easy side dish when you can't look at another pinto or black bean while on the 4 Hour Body diet. Best thing- you can add anything to it! Peppers, olives, tomatoes (if you haven't hit your limit), capers, etc! Ingredients

    1.5 C dried green lentils - cooked
    4 all natural dill pickle spears - chopped
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    2 Tbsp all natural dill pickle juice
    1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

Once lentils are cooked - rinse with cold water to cool. Can be cooked and refrigerated ahead of time. Toss together remaining ingredients and allow to sit at least 10 minutes - gets better as it sits!
