Introduction

I found a recipe for Belgian waffles, but there was too much fat in it. This is my attempt to making it healthier. I only had cinnamon applesauce (it gives it good flavor), and I have a small waffle iron that makes waffles the size of the frozen kind and I based my serving on one of those.
