Ingredients

    2 cups white rice (I use jasmin rice)

    4 tbsps soy sauce
    2 tbsps water
    2 tbsps cornstarch

    1lb chicken
    2 green onions, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, crushed, then diced
    3-4 cups stir fry veggies (any combination will do)

Directions

Start rice cooking.
Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch.

Cook chicken in oil until golden brown. Add garlic and green onion. Cook two minutes over medium heat.

Add stir fry veggies.

Cook until veggies are slightly soft.

Serve over rice or eat as is.
