Introduction

Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    4 cups Oats (not quick cook)
    1/2 cup Almonds (chopped)
    1/2 cup Flaxseed (whole)
    1/2-3/4 cup of Ground Flaxseed
    1/4 cup Cinnamon (ground - add to your taste or skip)
    1/4 cup Bisquick Gluten Free flour
    3 Scoops GNC Whey Protein Isolate 28
    1/2 cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries (soak in wate & drain to plump them up)
    12-16 oz of Honey
    2-4 Tbsp of Olive oil

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients up before added the honey and olive oil. Add the honey and olive oil, and mix until everything is coated. Press mixture into a large cookie sheet that has a 1/2 inch rim that has been sprayed with a non-stick spay. Bake in oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Pull out and let cool for 5-10 min, cut into 1/2 inch wide by 3 inch long. Store in airtight container or ziploc bag. Enjoy in yogart, with a glass of skim milk, as is for breakfast or a snack on the run.
