Ingredients

Beat 1 egg white until frothy
Beat into egg white:
1 1/4 cup Organic fat free milk
Then beat into mixture:
1/2 cup each WW Pastry flour & Oat flour (both organic)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp Wesson Canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Stir in
1 medium banana (sliced)
1/4 cup crushed pecans
Directions
Beat egg; add in milk ; Stir in flours, sugar, oil, baking powder and salt.
Heat griddle until water dances on it
Pour batter onto griddle forming 4" round pancakes
When tops bubble and edges dry (quickly if griddle is hot), flip pancakes and continue cooking an additional minute or two until done.
Thin or thicken pancakes by adding more liquid, or flour, as desired.
