Introduction

I putted in the calculator a regular cream cheese and powered sugar, but you can do it with Low fat or fat free cream cheese and Powdered Fructose, tastes great that way. Ingredients

    4 oz Cream cheese block style (For the calculator i used the regular but is better if you use fat free or low fat)


    1 tsp Vanilla extract or escence( escence used in calculator)

    1 tbsp of light butter.

    1.5 cup powdered sugar( Again i put regular powdered sugar in the calorie calculator but if you use Fructose or any substitute is better, you just blend it and is powdered sugar substitute.=) )

Directions

Preparation
Beat the first 3 ingredients at medi-um speed of a mixer until smooth. Lightly spoon sugar into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Gradually add sugar to cream cheese mixture; beat at low speed just until blended (do not overbeat).
Yield: depending on how much you use, but it should work for a 11x7 inch cooking pan
