Ingredients

    1 cup of Long Grain Brown Rice
    1 serving of Bush's Black Beans
    1 serving of Tyson's Canned Premium Chicken Breast

Directions

Put all three ingredients in a microwave friendly container. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes and you are done! Add Salsa (calories not included) for some extra taste!

    I added some fat free medium salsa to give it a little kick. I didn't know how I'd feel about rice and beans, but this is delicious! - 11/21/07
