Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Plantains (ideally green)

Directions

Peel plantain.

Use a mandolin to very thinly slice plantains (the sweet or ripe plantains are much harder to slice thinly, but if you can do it. . .go for it).

Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with PAM and place the plantains in a single layer (try not to have them touch as they will stick together) and then spray another quick spray before they go into the oven

Bake at 200 - 215 until done. Turn over after approximately 30 minutes. Cooking time will vary. Anywhere from 40 - 60 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!!
