These easy to make buns use no gluten, no sugar and no yeast. These easy to make buns use no gluten, no sugar and no yeast.
Number of Servings: 6


    1/2 cup rice flour, brown
    1/2 cup potato starch
    1/2 cup tapioca starch
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (or guar gum)
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup skim milk
    sesame seeds - optional


Preheat oven to 4ooF
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Pour wet into dry. Mix well.
Spray cookie sheet with baking spray.
Divide bough into 6 even buns smoothing tops. Sprinkly with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. They usually puff up quite high, but drop when cooling.
