Coconut Flour - 4 T
Baking Powder - 1 t
Honey - 2 t
Olive Oil - 2 t
Vanilla Extract - 2 t
Optional - top with blueberries, strawberries, black berries, or raspberries. Maple syrup optional along with grass feed butter, unsalted.
Directions
Crack eggs into bowl. Beat with mixer 2 minutes or until frothy. Pour in all other ingredients. Mix for another minute. Pour batter on to greased pan or skillet. Wait for bubbles to show. Then flip. Cooks rather quickly. Waffles: pour just enough to cover the iron squares. Close and cook briefly. I cook on light heat.
