Ingredients

    0.5 cup fat free milk (I used the lactose free kind)
    1 medium banana
    1 tbsp Adam's creamy natural peanut butter
    1 tbsp Benefiber powder
    You can add other fruits or a little bit of chocolate, but it will change the nutrition content.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

Serving Size: 1 8 oz glass
