Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked short grained rice
    2 1/4 cups water
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    8oz Baby Bella Mushroom, sliced
    1 large onion
    2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

Chop mushrooms and onion.
Add rice, water, mushroom, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to pot.
Cook rice as normal. Allow to boil... cut temp to low, cover pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
