Introduction

This is best when chilled in the fridge for at least an hour. Can be used as a dip for chips, a filling for tortillas, or a stand alone snack. Ingredients

    1 avocado, skinned and chopped
    1/2 can Bush's Black Beans (drained)
    1 bunch green onions (4-6 stalks) chopped (green and white parts)
    1 tomato chopped
    1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (add more or less depending on your taste)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    Juice from 1 lime

Directions

Add all ingredients to medium sized bowl and stir gently. If you stir too hard you will lose the chunkiness of the avocados.

Serving Size: For filling large tortillas, makes 4 servings.
