Ingredients

    Cheddar Cheese, 32 oz (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 40 oz (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 cups
    Lemon Juice, 0.5 cup
    Garlic, 10 cloves

    Any shredded cheese will do
    Also may add cayenne and black pepper if desired

Directions

Mash garlic, mix with shredded chesses, then with lemon juice, pepper (if using), and mayo.

Serve spread on just about anything.

One serving is 1 tablespoon (1/2 oz).
