Ingredients

    1 - pound ground turkey
    1 - cup green bell peppers, chopped
    1 - cup onion, chopped
    1 - envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets soup, Vegetable (any flavor will do)
    2 - cups vegetable broth
    2 - cups brown rice, long grain
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 - tsp McCormick Garlic Pepper
    1/4 - tsp McCormick Garlic Powder
    1/4 - tsp McCormick Garlic Salt
    1/4 - tsp Morton Nature's Seasons

Directions

Cook brown rice accrding to package instructions using vegetable broth instead of water. While rice is cooking, in a separate pan saute' green bell peppers and onions in soy sauce. When sauce has evaporated add ground turkey, add Lipton Recipe Secrets soup mix, garlic pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt and nature's seasons. Brown, then drain. When the both the turkey mix and rice are done, thoroughly mix together. Enjoy!
