    Giblets from one turkey
    1 Box Stovetop Stuffing
    1 Can manadarine oranges (11 oz.)
    1/2 C Raisins
    1 Tablespoon butter
    1/4 C diced celery
    1 apple, diced with skin


Dice then saute the giblets in the butter until well done. Prepare the stuffing mix as directed. Stir in the giblets, oranges (drained), celery, apples and raisins.
Makes enough to stuff a small turkey (12-15 lbs).
