    Summer Squash
    Tomatoes
    Canned tomatoes
    Fresh Banana peppers
    zuccini
    black olives
    parmesian cheese

Directions

chop all veggies
heat olive oil in sauce pan
add canned tomatoes
simmer on low for 2 hours
stir occasionally
