Introduction

Brown turkey in skillet w/ nonstick spray and add seasonings. Mix with black bean and salsa and put in peppers. Put cheese on top.

Add corn if you wish.

Crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.

Ingredients

    16 oz Ground turkey (93/7)
    2 cans black beans
    1.25 cups salsa
    .5 tbsp oregano
    .5 tsp cumin
    .5 tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like)
    1 cup Kraft mexican cheese
    6 medium bell peppers

Directions

Place in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours
or on high for 3-4 hours
