Ingredients

    3 leaves Kale (1 bunch)
    1 Cucumber, peeled
    2 Granny Smith apples
    1-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 plums
    2 c. Watermelon, diced
    1/4 tsp. Ginger, ground
    1/2 c. Water

Directions

Blend all together until as smooth as possible. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 5 cups total, or 4 servings of 1.25 cups each.
