Introduction

The way that my Grandma made them. The way that my Grandma made them.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef
    Chopped Onion
    Chopped Garlic
    Chopped Parsley (fresh or dried)
    Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
    or stale bread torn up into small pieces

    Egg
    Salt
    Black Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix together with hands until well incorporated.
Form into 1 inch meat balls and drop into sauce of your choice to simmer for 2-4 hours.
Or pan fry on medium heat with a little olive oil until cooked through.
