Introduction

This is a delicious, EASY meal to make that feeds a bunch OR lasts a few days. My husband absolutely loves it! This is a delicious, EASY meal to make that feeds a bunch OR lasts a few days. My husband absolutely loves it!

Ingredients

    Depending on how much you want to make either do 1, 2, 3, etc cans of everything.

    Canned chicken (I do the 20% more cans)
    Rotel (Mexican Cilantro)
    Cream of Chicken (98% fat free)
    Ranch Style Pinto Beans (with jalapeno)
    Chicken Broth (33% less sodium)
    Jalapeno pepper (diced)...if you can handle it!

    Feel free to add anything else you like! Some of the things I add are corn, bell pepper and onion.

Directions

If you want the flavors to marinate together a little longer, use a crock pot for a few hours.

If you're in a hurry, throw all the ingredients in a pot and heat through.

Serve over chips and top with cheese!!
