Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can RoTel Chili Fixins
    1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
    1 can (small) Roasted Garlic Tomato Sauce
    1/2 can Whole Corn Kernals
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 Raw Onion (chopped)
    1 Garlic Clove (Pressed)
    Worcestshire sauce (to taste)


Directions

saute onion and garlic clove with olive oil in large pot
add ground turkey and cook till done
drain grease and return to pot
begin adding each can into pot
add worcestshire sauce to taste
add taco seasoning
let all simmer

options: top with shredded cheese and/or sour cream (low fat of course). and dip with your favorite Tortilla Chip instead of a spoon!
