Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1.25 cups
    Beef broth 4.5 cups
    Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Beef, round steak, 8 oz

Directions

Slice the beef as thin as possible, I run mine through the slicer on my food processor. Combine the beef with the onion and marinate in 2 cups of beef broth and 2 tbsp of soy. Pop in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Drain the beef and onion mixture and brown both over medium heat. Add the remaining broth and soy. Bring to a boil, add the rice. Reduce the heat, and simmer covered until the rice is cooked.
