Introduction

I just threw this stuff all together today and boy was it yummy I just threw this stuff all together today and boy was it yummy

Ingredients

    1lb package of ground turkey
    28 oz can of diced tomatoes
    540ml can of diced tomatoes
    14 oz can of red kidney beans
    1/2 a green pepper
    1/2 a red pepper
    3 mushrooms
    1tbsp chili powder
    2 garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

sautee turkey, garlic, onions, peppers and mushrooms with cooking spray until cooked, put in a large pot with a lid, throw in the kidney beans and simmer for an hour.
even better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours! yum!
