Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can chick peas, drain and save liquid
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 cup sundried tomatoes in oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    Salt to taste. I used about 1/2 tsp.
    Sunflower seeds, dry roasted 2 tsp.

Directions

Drain chick peas conserving liquid. Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend until mixed. Add liquid from chick peas to make it the desired consistency.

Excellent served with sliced cucumbers and red and green pepper strips.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 2Tbsp servings.
