Ingredients

    1/2 serving (19g) Wellements Premium Pro-Rated Protein Dietary Supplement, Vanilla Cream
    1/2 Banana, small
    1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original
    Handfull of Ice Cubes

Directions

Put the Ice in the blender and crush it.

Slice up the half of a banana and add it to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add water if the shake is too think.

Pour into a glass and drink.

(You can freeze the other half of the banana for tomorrows shake!)
