Ingredients

    I pound ground Buffalo (Bison)
    3/4 cup Uncle Sam toasted Wheat Berry Flakes and Flaxseed
    2 large fresh eggs
    1 clove of garlic finely diced
    Salt and Pepper to taste.
    Olive Oil


Directions

Mix all the ingredients by hand and form 12 meatballs.
Brown them on all sides in a small amount of Olive Oil.

Cover them with your favorite marinara tomato sauce* and cook on low heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours.

* Marinara Sauce has not been calculated into the serving size information. you will have to add that yourself depending on the sauce you use.
