Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Grease 9" pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing just until flour is moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
