    1 pound ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup grated cheese
    3 tbs dried parsley
    1/2 cup water (as much as needed)
    3 cloves chopped garlic

Directions

Brown in frying pan, add to sauce and cook at least an hour.
