Introduction

The secret is: Horseradish!
This is my version of mom's deviled eggs. I usually have these items on hand, so instead of plain horseradish & yellow mustard I opt for French's Horseradish Mustard!
**I ate two servings before I took picture! :^D

Ingredients

    6 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Tbs Mayo (Nalley Light), it's what I had.
6 tsp (2 TBSP) Horseradish Mustard
Salt & Pepper (or Cayenne) to taste
Paprika (dusting at end if desired)

Directions

Place 6 large eggs into small pan and fill with water just covering eggs. Bring to boil and immediately turn down to low and simmer for 20 mins. Drain pan and then run cold water over eggs until cooled. Crack & peel eggs under running water (makes it easier) and dry on paper towel. Place in plastic bag until completely chilled.
Cut each egg in half and pop out yolk into bowl. Add the worse two egg-white halves that either fell apart or are flimsy to yolks (adds more mass to mixture).
Add Mayo & Mustard & mix with fork until creamy.
Add Salt & Pepper (I like Cayenne) to taste.
Scoop rounded tsp full of mixture & place into egg-white half.
Dust with either Paprika or Cayenne. Done!

Serving Size: Makes 5, 2 egg halves servings.
