Ingredients

    I head of cabbage, chopped
    1lb Shredded Beef
    ~1 c Thai Chili Sauce
    1/2 c butter
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 c green bell peppers
    1 c onions
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook cabbage in skillet on medium heat until it minimizes in size. Add peppers, onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for a minute. Add beef and thai sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Serve hot and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes a plate full :)
