Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cucumbers (I used burpless from my garden), sliced julienne
    1/2 medium onion, sliced julienne
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1 T dried parsley to garnish
    1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
    4oz Cream Cheese
    1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

After cutting the veggies julienne, drain cucumbers and onions on paper towel to take out some of the moisture. Set aside.

Microwave cream cheese in a medium bowl and nuke for 40 seconds. Add parmesan cheese and apple cider vinegar and stir until smooth.

Combine veggies and dressing. Serve and enjoy or allow to set and cool in the fridge.

    Very nice! We chopped instead of julienne-ing. I prefer using Vidalia onion with this. - 6/23/18
