Ingredients

    I corn on the cob, cooked
    1 cup red onion
    2 plum tomatoes seeded, and chopped
    1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 small avocado, pitted and diced
    3 TBSPN EVOO
    1 tsp lime juice
    pepper to taste

Directions

Dice, chop, seed, mix, refrigerate until chilled, serve with your favorite chips! Enjoy!
