Easy fast crust.... Easy fast crust....
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    .75c flour
    .75 whole wheat flour
    1/2 c water
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 tbsp pizza sauce
    bunch Spinach, mushrooms, peppers
    6 oz Mozzerella cheese part skim
    2 oz cheddar
    2 tsp yeast

Directions

mix crust, dissolve yeast in half cup warm water, add sugar and salt, add olive oil then stir in flour to dough....kneed lightly and let rest five minutes. Roll out to 12 or 15 inch, then add sauce and topping. Bake 425 for 15-20 minutes.
