    1c kale chopped or ripped
    1/2 c blackberries, frozen or fresh
    1/2c peaches, frozen or fresh
    1c pears, canned light syrup
    1 banana, frozen or fresh
    1/2 tbsp honey
    8oz light vanilla soy milk

    Optional: add or substitute kale with spinach. Substitute fruits of your liking.


Blend kale and soy milk. Add fruits and Honey. Enjoy
