    2 cups low-fat ricotta cheese
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

cook pasta al-dente
brown ground sirloin
add pasta sauce and cheeses, mix thouroghly
pour contents into large casserole dish
bake at 350 for 30 minuts
