Introduction

Ingredients

    10 Mission 6" corn tortillas
    1 can La Preferida vegetarian refried beans
    4oz Organic Valley raw sharp cheddar
    1 tub Bueno HOT red chile puree

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Pour a layer of red chile puree on the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish. Place two corn tortillas in the dish. Cover each with a layer of refried beans, a small handful of shredded cheddar, and a few tsp of red chile puree. Make two stacks, using all ingredients. Salt if desired.

Bake for 25 - 30 min, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Can serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
