Introduction
Made with Pamala's Gluten Free baking mix Made with Pamala's Gluten Free baking mixNumber of Servings: 60
Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Unsweetened Apple sauce
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
4 cups Pamala's Gluten Free Baking Mix
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
put brown sugar and granulated sugar in mixing bowl making sure there are no lumps.
Add in apple sauce and blend until smooth.
add beaten eggs and again hand mix until smooth.
measure out the 4 cups baking mix and add the baking powder into it.
Add this one cup at a time to wet mixture until completely mixed. Add in Chocolate chips.
Place on slightly oiled baking sheet (or spray with non stick spray) in spoonfuls about 1 1/2 inches apart.
bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
Serving Size: makes 60 - 2 inch cookies
