Introduction

Yum! Very zesty & flavorful - a great way to prepare this strong flavored fish. Very easy & quick to prepare, except for the 1 hr marinating time. Also - I adjusted down the amts of olive oil used to calculate nutritional info, since you don't consume all the oil/sauce that has been used in the marinade. Yum! Ingredients

4-6 bluefish fillets (4-6 oz each)
    3 TBS olive oil
    1 TBS fresh lime juice
    1-2 drops hot pepper sauce
    1-2 drops Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1 TBS fresh parsley, minced
    1 TBS Dijon mustard
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
    1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except fish in a shallow dish large enough to hold the bluefish pieces in a single layer.

Add fish and coat well on both sides, rubbing mixture lightly into the fillets. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr.

Preheat broiler. Broil fillets skin side down, 2-3 inches from heat, about 5-6 minutes depending on thickness of fillets. Do not turn; baste once if necessary.

Yum! The fish looked so pretty on a plate with sauteed spinach and some quinoa.
