Ingredients

    3 oz. ground skinless turkey breast
    1/2 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup canned, diced tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble and saute ground turkey with chopped onion and peppers until turkey is cooked. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and spices. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook eight to 10 minutes. Serve. Makes one serving.
