    2 Pork cube steaks
    1c frozen english peas
    1/2 Grannysmith Apple, chopped
    1/4 Videlia onion, chopped
    2Tblsp Butter
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Brown pork steaks in hot skillet, add butter, apple, onion,and peas. Saute covered for 15 minutes and 5 minutes uncovered.
