Ingredients

    1/4 cup Soy Flour
    3 lg eggs
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    4 tsp teaspoons splenda granulated
    1 1/4 cup cold water
    1 tsp sugar free syurp
    dash salt

Directions

Mix all powder ingredients, then add eggs, syrup and buttermilk. A little at a time begin to whisk in the cold water until you get the desired consistency of your batter. Use a 1/4 measure cup to get the perfect size pancake. Cook for 7-10 minutes on each side at 300 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 9 4in diameter pancakes
