Ingredients

    1 can Chicken broth
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 lb 85% ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    3 fresh carrots chopped
    1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    1 cup shreaded cabbage
    1tsp parsley, dried
    1tsp rosemary dried
    1tsp thyme
    salt and pepper to taste



Directions

In frying pan fry hamburger and onions till well done, drain off fat. In med size sauce pan add chicken broth and chopped carrots. Let cook for about 6 minutes on med. heat then add stewed tomatoes. Continue cooking for 10 min. on med. low. Add broccoli and shreaded cabbage. Add parsley, thyme, rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer covered for 15 mins
