Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Lamb, New Zealand, rib, trimmed, 3.75 lb
    Ground Pork, 2 lb
    Onions, raw, 6 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Corriander, 3 tsp ground
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp chopped
    Parsley, 3 tbsp
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, .5 cup


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Bake in pan in water bath. 375 degrees. 45 minutes or until internal temp is 150. Slice 3/8 in thick and warm in pan as needed.
