Ingredients

    2 cans Pillsbury Pizza Crust
4 oz. package Hormel Turkey mini-pepperoni
4 slices of Sargento Reduced -Fat Provolone cheese
8 oz. pkg. - Italian Shredded Cheese - Kroger
3/4C Prego Heart Smart Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce
    Kraft Romano or Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375F. Spray pizza pan with Pam cooking spray. Unroll 1 can of pizza dough and place in center of pizza pan. Starting at the center, press out dough with hands to the edge of the pan. Layer pepperoni, shredded cheese, spread 1/4C spaghetti sauce, and add provolone (1 at top, 1 at bottom, 1 on left, 1 on right). (You can use any items in this that you would put on pizza...ham, onion, peppers, mushrooms, etc. I have used NO shredded cheese and placed 8-10 slices of provolone OR mozzarelli on the top of the other layers.)
Unroll remaining can of dough. Press out the dough on a work surface to form a circle the size of your pizza pan. Fold dough in half; place over Provolone cheese and unfold. Press outside edges together to seal. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano mix cheese.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut pizza into 8 wedges; serve with 1/2C spaghetti sauce for dipping.
