For high flavor, and low fat try this yummy chili! With soy chorizo and ground turkey, you'll add lots of flavor without all the fat of traditional chilis. Ingredients

    Soyrizo (Vegetarian Chili) - 12 oz
    Ground Turkey - 1 lb
    Corn - 1 can
    Mexican Fiesta Rotel (Lime & Cilantro) - 2 cans
    Petite Diced Tomatoes - 1 can
    Mexican Fiesta Grill Mate Seasoning- 1 packet
    Onion - 1 (or more to taste, any kind you want)
    Kidney Beans - 4 to 6 cups, dry

Directions

**NOTE THIS IS A "NEXT DAY" MEAL

Put beans on to cook (follow instructions on bag to cook overnight) Brown turkey, drain. Brown Chorizo. Dice onion. Mix all ingredients together except beans. Let sit overnight in the fridge to absorb flavors. Mix in beans when they are finished. Stir well and enjoy!
