Ingredients

    *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole grain spaghetti, 2 oz dry, 7 serving
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Cheese, Mexican Blend, 4 Shredded - Stater Bros, 2 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, .5 tsp
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Kirkland Signature Oven Browned Turkey Breast, 5.5 oz
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup Peas, frozen, 1.33 cup

Directions

Start noodle(follow directions on box). Meanwile melt butter in a large frying pan. Mix in flour and seasoning. let fry till light brown. When brown add the milk and cheese cook till thinkend. Mix in noodles chicken and peas.

    Incredible!
    Delicious! Better than the high calorie version I made when my children were young. More protien and lower sodium too. Thanks! - 8/4/11
