Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries (partially thawed)
6 ounces Yoplait Light Blueberry Patch yogurt
1/2 cup Tropicana Lite'n Healthy orange juice
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup Keder Sparkling Red Grape Juice
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/10 cup sliced almonds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, then reduce speed to low for 30-45 more seconds. Pour and enjoy!
Substitute rolled oats or wheat germ for sliced almonds, if desired.
