Introduction

Ingredients

    18 medium Tomatoes (diced)
    2 large Onions (chopped)
    2-3 Green Peppers (chopped)
    1 large Red Pepper (chopped)
    3 Jalepenos (diced or chopped)
    1 1/2 cups White Vinegar
    1 tbsp Salt
    2 tsp Dry Mustard
    2 tsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakesw (optional)
    3/4 tsp Cumin

Directions

Cook all ingredients together on stove top and simmer for 1 hour or put in oven for 3 hours or until onion is tender. Can in hot jars and seal them

Serving Size: yields approx. 12 quarts/individual serving size is 1/2 cup

    Very Good
    This is pretty yummy. Nice for a change from the sweeter salsas. This only made 6 pints for me.... Also had no processing times? - 10/22/12
