Introduction

This is especially delicious when the tomatoes are in season and fresh off the vine. This is especially delicious when the tomatoes are in season and fresh off the vine.

Ingredients

    1/2 can water packed tuna (drained)
    1 T. Hellman's light mayonaisse
    1 T. onion chopped fine
    1 small fresh tomato thinly sliced
    1 slice Ezekial sprouted grain bread

Directions

Toast the bread slice. Mix together the tuna, mayonaisse and chopped onion. Thinly slice the tomato.
When toast is done, layer the tomato slice on it. Then spread the tuna mixture over the tomato slices.
Cut in quarters and enjoy!
